Vic Casebolt is committed to helping you understand that the foundation of estate planning is not just saving tax dollars, but also appreciating the value of planning for you and your loved ones. Mr. Casebolt has over 30 years of legal experience in the practice areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Probate, as well as all facets of Real Estate purchases, sales, and financing, and Business Planning.

Born in Phoenix, Arizona on March 25, 1960; admitted to bar in 1985, Arizona; 1986, U.S. Tax Court. Education: University of Colorado at Boulder (B.A., with distinction, 1982); University of Arizona (J.D., with distinction, 1985); New York University (LL.M., in Taxation, 1986). Phi Beta Kappa.

Aside from practicing law, Mr. Casebolt is an active member of  the Phoenix Camelback Rotary Club, St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation, Board of Trustees, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, water skiing and traveling.

      Toni M. Rogers

     Office Manager / Paralegal

In 2009, Toni Rogers began working for Mr. Casebolt as a legal assistant until 2018 when she left the firm to pursue other endeavors.

In February, 2021, she returned back to the firm as the office manager and paralegal.  She handles everything in the office  from probate work to business formations to estate planning.  She is the glue that holds everything together in the office and keeps the firm running smoothly and efficiently.

She wears many hats at the firm to include assisting the building tenants with a multitude of technology and administrative needs.

She is an Arizona native.  She has no children, but proudly owns two dogs, a Pomeranian, Lexi and  a Chihuahua mix rescue, Bailey.
